2011

In 2011, company was established

The predecessor of the company “Tongxiang Zhiyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd." was established.

In the same year, Zhiyuan Environmental Protection was named the outstanding supplier of the year by Jushi Group.

2012

In 2012, signed the first cross-border project

The company cooperated with Jushi Group to cross the border for the first time and directly hit the Egyptian project.

2013

In 2013, the independent technology won the national patent

The “An exhaust gas desulfurization treatment device” independently developed by the company has officially obtained a national patent.

2014

In 2014, independent technology and technology were selected as key science and technology plan projects

“Ozone-hydroxyl radical dry-wet combination desulfurization and denitration process" was selected as the first batch of key science and technology projects at the municipal level in 2014.

2015

2017

In 2017, the construction of the equipment manufacturing base started

The construction of the company's headquarters administrative building and intelligent manufacturing workshop was completed.

2020

In 2020, it entered the field of testing and won the “first set” in Zhejiang Province.

Set up a subsidiary: Zhejiang Hongyuan Testing Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out environmental protection monitoring, environmental protection consulting and water environmental pollution prevention and control services, and the company has built a new environmental protection pattern of “equipment + testing”.

The product independently developed by the company, a glass fiber composite pipe dry-body modular waste gas treatment device, was rated as the “first set” product in Zhejiang Province.

2021

In 2021, build a new environmental protection pattern of “equipment manufacturing + design contracting + environmental testing”

The three subsidiaries of equipment and core material manufacturing, engineering design contracting, and environmental testing services merged and reorganized, and the IPO listing plan was officially launched.

2022

In 2022, strategic upgrading and collaborative development

Zhiyuan Environment Hangzhou Branch was established to layout overseas markets, and the Indonesia Division was established in the same year.

In June, the joint-stock reform was completed and investment funds were successfully introduced.

The ceramic fiber filter tube independently developed by the company has been mass-produced and an intelligent production line has been established.

In 2023, it was recognized as a provincial-level enterprise R&D center and a national-level specialized and new “little giant” enterprise.

In July, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of the fifth batch of specialized and special new “little giant” enterprises, and recognized Zhiyuan Environment as a national-level specialized and special new “little giant” enterprise.

In November, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology released the announcement of the list of provincial-level enterprise R&D institutions in 2023. “Zhejiang Zhiyuan High-tech Research and Development Center for Environmental Control and Resource Utilization” was successfully selected into the list of high-tech enterprise research and development centers, and the company's scientific research and innovation capabilities have reached a new level.

2024

Construction of new base

The groundbreaking ceremony of the environmental protection equipment construction project with an annual output of 200,000 high-performance ceramic fiber (catalytic) filter tubes and 100 sets of digital intelligent control systems was successfully held.
